Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Recruit and hire top talent.
• Manpower Planning: Ensure the company has enough staff for growth.
• Training & Development: Organize training to support employee development.

• Performance Reviews: Implement and oversee performance evaluations.
• Employee Relations: Resolve workplace issues and promote a positive work environment.
