Jawatan Kosong IT EXECUTIVE in Nilai

Mas Aero Services is a highly technology driven organization. Technology solutions will be in place to ensure that our operation runs smoothly, we communicate and collaborate effectively and reach out to our customers through many technology driven channels.

IT Technical Support will be in the installation, maintenance, configuration and support of the company’s computer network, communications and IT infrastructure equipment and components. Ensures the whole company IT applications runs on an infrastructure that is stable and smooth. Resolve technical issues quickly as they arise. Track and drive the resolution of operational incidents.

As an IT Technical Support Executive, the person is part of the technical support team.

Objectives of this role

● To ensure a smooth running, trouble-free and stable IT network infrastructure and hardware environment.

Responsibilities

● Identifies hardware and software solutions.

● Troubleshoots technical issues.

● Diagnoses and repairs faults.

● Resolves network and equipment issues.

● Installs and configures hardware and software.

● Monitors hardware and network performance.

● Replaces or repairs the necessary parts or equipment.

● Supports the roll-out of new applications.

● Ensures that our equipment is installed and operates optimally and in accordance with the relevant regulations.

● Acts in a liaison capacity between the company and the equipment suppliers and coordinates equipment and network installation,

● Monitors and assures hardware and infrastructure equipment quality

● Perform network and cabling installation

Required skills and qualifications

● Experience in IT in hardware and network support, development and maintenance.

● Excellent interpersonal skills

● Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or Network and Communications

● Project management experience is an added advantage

● Knowledge in Wi-Fi Networking and Broadband network is essential

● Knowledge of PC Computer Hardware and Software is essential

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
