Jawatan Kosong Warehouseman/Helper in Kemaman

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, good governance, and integrity in support operations.
• Identify, visually inspect, and verify the quantity, quality, and technical specifications of materials from suppliers to ensure they match purchase orders and STOs; update the system promptly.
• Inspect, preserve, tag (including custom registration for tax-exempt items), and pack received materials, segregating them for storage based on nature and specifications per ISO procedures.
• Analyze and review material withdrawal requests, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely and safe handling to the delivery point.
• Ensure COAs (Certificates of Analysis) and SDSs (Safety Data Sheets) for received chemicals from supplier to meet regulatory requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess minimum SPM Certificate or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Supervisor level (advantage given to those with exposure to procurement and supply chain environments).
• Professional qualification in purchasing / inventory / logistics or contract management is a plus.
• Possess valid relevant certification/ permit for operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, side stacker).

Only shortlisted candidate will be call for screening and interview.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
