Jawatan Kosong Molding - Line Leader in Kamunting

Requirement / Qualification :

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing or equivalent.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in fabrication or mold-related assembly line.
• Prior leadership or supervisory role in production environment preferred.
• Familiar with mold fabrication and insert assembly process.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Technical knowledge in mold components and fabrication
• Able to read technical drawings
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiar with ISO/5S/Safety standards

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Tenk Insert Assembly line.
• Ensure product quality and output meet production standards.
• Coordinate with engineering and quality departments to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor and report production KPIs and staff performance.
• Train and guide assembly operators and junior operator.
• Maintain 5S and safety compliance on the production floor.
• Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by superior

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
