Requirements:

• Student who’s currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Project Management/ Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
• Familiar Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
• A good team player, proactive and self- motivated.
• Willing to work in Taiping, Perak.
• Minimum internship period : 6 months
• Internship must be part of the university / college’s academic requirement.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• To support project team in tasks such as printing, data entry, and documentation.
• To ensure office equipment and stationery are in order.
• To assist in managing daily office documentation at the construction/project site.
• To maintain cleanliness and organization of site office.
• To act as a liaison between the site and HQ admin team.
• Any other task assigned by Supervisor and updated dairy reports.

WORKING HOUR : 8am - 5 pm or 9am - 6pm
WORKING DAY : Monday - Friday
