Jawatan Kosong Account Executive in Nilai

Kami sedang mencari Account Executive yang berpengalaman dan berdedikasi untuk mengendalikan Full Set of Accounts bagi menyertai pasukan kami.

Tanggungjawab:

• Mengendalikan full set of accounts termasuk AP, AR & General Ledger
• Menyediakan laporan kewangan bulanan, suku tahunan dan tahunan
• Menyediakan bank reconciliation, journal entries & closing accounts
• Mengurus invois, pembayaran, kutipan dan rekod perakaunan dengan tepat
• Menyediakan dokumen berkaitan audit, cukai & LHDN (CP204, SST/GST jika berkaitan)
• Berurusan dengan auditor, tax agent, bank dan pihak berkuasa
• Memastikan pematuhan kepada polisi kewangan dan perakaunan syarikat
• Melaksanakan tugasan lain berkaitan akaun apabila diperlukan

Kelayakan:

• Diploma / Ijazah dalam Accounting, Finance atau bidang berkaitan
• Minimum 2–3 tahun pengalaman mengendalikan full set of accounts
• Mahir menggunakan perisian perakaunan (contoh: SQL / AutoCount / UBS / Xero)
• Berpengetahuan dalam SST, cukai & keperluan audit
• Teliti, bertanggungjawab dan boleh bekerja secara berdikari
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan menepati tarikh akhir

Keperluan Tambahan (Kelebihan):

• Pengalaman dalam industri manufacturing
• Boleh mula kerja dengan segera
• Pengalaman mengurus payroll adalah satu kelebihan
• Boleh memahami dan bertutur dalam Mandarin adalah satu kelebihan
