1) Assist the Senior Dietitian in dietary duties and responsibilities.
2) Work closely with Senior Dietitian in compliance checking on food service pertaining to food quality and food safety.
3) Perform food tasting on meals served for inpatient, cafeteria and catering events.
4) Perform sanitation checking on kitchen and cafeteria as well as food handlers’ personal hygiene.
5) Monitor food service provider in their documentation pertaining to quality accreditations.
6) Conduct customer satisfaction survey on inpatients and café customers.
7) Work with food service providers to handle feedback or comment pertaining to food service provided.
8) Perform clerical works such as taking meeting of minutes, documentation and filing.
9) Perform meal claim checking.
10) Assist in managing patient appointment with dietitian.
11) Participate and assist with marketing events when required.
12) Participate and actively contribute to hospital quality improvement and accreditation activities.
13) Any other duties as assigned by Head of Department from time to time.
