Internship for IT Department ( Hi-Essence Cable Sdn Bhd ) - Kerteh Plant

• Assist IT team in daily support & troubleshooting (hardware/software/network)
• Provide technical support to staff (PC, printer, email, internet, etc.)
• Support installation & configuration of computers and applications
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation
• Assist in basic network / system maintenance
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WiFi, router, IP)
• Familiar with troubleshooting / system support
• Experience with basic IT tools or helpdesk tasks
• Other IT-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related field
• At least 5 - 6 months of internship
• Basic knowledge in Windows, Microsoft Office, PC hardware
• Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work independently
• Good communication & teamwork skills
• Intake: April 2026
