Waktu kerja: Isnin - Sabtu (7am - 3pm)

Tanggungjawab:

• Menanam dan menjaga anak benih kelapa sawit, termasuk meracun, memangkas, serta menyapu baja.
• Menuai buah kelapa sawit yang masak dan mengangkutnya ke tempat pengumpulan atau pemprosesan.
• Memeriksa pokok kelapa sawit untuk mengenal pasti tanda-tanda penyakit atau kekurangan nutrien.
• Menyapu racun perosak, racun herba, dan baja mengikut arahan penyelia.
• Menjaga kebersihan ladang serta membantu penyelenggaraan infrastruktur seperti saliran air dan jalan.
• Mematuhi peraturan keselamatan dan menggunakan peralatan perlindungan diri (PPE) semasa bekerja.
