Job Scope

a) Consultant & Specialist

Data compilation & prepare cost comparison.

b) Feasibility & Project Cost Estimate

Project cost plan - Penultimate Tender Drawing

Financial Analysis : Compile, updating, cost tracking the total development cost & development data.

c)Tender & Award

Vendor List recommendation : Analyse, compile & update for NSC / Direct Contract.

Taking Off : Verify drawing, review, check, & taking off quantity

Tender Document : Coordinate, prepare and check for NSC / Main Contract.

Evaluation & Award : Tender evaluation & analysis (technical & commercial) and Coordinate & follow up with tenderers & consultants - tenderer's queries, addendum, update, etc.

LA/WO/PO & Contract Document : Coordinate, prepare, follow up & check for NSC / Main Contract.

d) Contract Administration

Interim Claim : Joint site valuation with site team, site measurement, preparation

e) Preparation, take off quantity from drawing - NSC / Direct Contrac.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
