JOHAWAKI PLANTATION SDN BHD Job Vacancies April 2026

• Memantau dan menyelenggara rekod kehadiran serta cuti pekerja.
• Menguruskan penggajian pekerja asing.
• Mengemas kini pengeluaran tandan buah segar (FFB) secara harian dan bulanan.
• Memantau dan membantu unit Operasi untuk sistem Quarto seperti modul daftar gaji, modul laporan, dan modul fail induk.
• Membantu dan menyelenggara sistem pengisian dokumen (sistem pengurusan dokumen - DMS).
• Memproses dan melaporkan pembelian pejabat
• Membuat dan mengemas kini rekod serta pangkalan data dengan data kakitangan dan data lain.
• Mengurus panggilan telefon dan korespondensi (e-mel & surat).
• Menjadi seketariat untuk dokumen tender
• Pencatat minit untuk mesyuarat bulanan operasi dan pekerja asing
• Membuat LOA untuk kontrak-kontrak operasi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
