About the role :

The Chef De Partie is responsible for supervising and overseeing the preparation of food items for guest orders ensuring consistent quality . This role requires a special talent and passion for ensuring the culinary team deliver s the highest of culinary consistently , and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience .

What you will do :

• Ensur e our guests consistently receive the highest level o f service excellence.

• Follow production, portion and presentation standards

• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.

• Assist in setting up plans and actions to control food waste

• Contribute to menu planning, training, and development of junior team members.

• Supervise daily operations in the Hot and Cold Kitchen sections to ensure consistency and excellence.

What you bring:

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel.

• A creative flair and bring your personal touch and energy to all our food and beverage experiences.

• Ability to provide guidance to others.

• Strong technical knowledge of Western culinary techniques and modern plating styles.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
