Jawatan Kosong STORE KEEPER in Sungai Petani

Job Description:

• Manage and handle store activities such as receiving and issuing stocks of materials and spare parts for Production Department and loading of shipment packing to port.
• Check that all incoming goods are supported by Delivery Order notes.
• Create purchase orders to replenish based on minimum stock reorder level of consumable items, mechanical machine parts, insert tools for lathe machine, welding electrode and spare parts for machine shop.
• Monitor and record chemical usages and replenish based on minimum re order level.
• All items to be taken from Store must be recorded in the Store Requisition Form and signed by Requestor.
• Operate forklift and overhead gantry crane to carry out loading and unloading of goods received.
• Check and make sure all loading machineries such as forklift are maintained in a good working condition.
• Record stock received through Goods Received Notes (GRN) and issue Stock Issuance Form to Production staff.
• Raise Stock Requisition Form and issue to Procurement Department to order items from suppliers for replenishment.
• Carry out packing of pressure vessel’s accessories for shipment and delivery to port for Sales Department and Project Department.
• Coordinate and ensure packing accessories for Vertical Sterilizer, Digester, Double Screw Press, parts and components are complete in boxes and packages before delivery.
• Participate in yearly physical Stock Count check and audit conducted by Accounts Department.
• Coordinate with inter-department such as Procurement and Logistic for work purposes.
• Carry out any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
