• Merekod semua transaksi kewangan harian
• Menyimpan dan mengemaskini lejar am
• Menyediakan rekod pembayaran dan penerimaan
• Membuat penyelarasan (reconciliation) bank

2. Akaun Belum Bayar & Belum Terima

• Memproses invois pembekal
• Menyediakan invois kepada pelanggan
• Memantau bayaran tertunggak
• Membuat susulan kutipan bayaran

3. Cukai & Pematuhan

• Menyediakan dan menghantar laporan cukai (contoh: SST, cukai pendapatan)
• Memastikan syarikat mematuhi peraturan kewangan
• Membantu semasa audit

4. Pengurusan Gaji

• Mengira dan memproses gaji pekerja
• Mengurus caruman seperti Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP), Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial (PERKESO), dan Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDN)
