Job Description & Qualifications
Role: Oversee global procurement, manage supplier relationships, ensure
compliance, optimize costs, and mitigate supply chain risks.
Key Responsibilities:
o Source and deal with overseas suppliers (e.g., lenses, frames, optical
equipment).
o Negotiate contracts, terms (Incoterms), and pricing.
o Manage logistics, customs clearance, and import documentation.
o Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, compliance).
o Collaborate with logistics, inventory, and QA teams.
o Develop risk mitigation strategies (e.g., diversifying suppliers,
contingency planning).
o Manage invoice receiving and return to suppliers.
o Handle the OEM products forecast and purchase.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related
field.
o 3–5 years in international procurement, preferably in
optical/medical/retail sectors.
o Knowledge of trade compliance (e.g., customs, tariffs, ISO standards).
o Certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) a plus.
o Language skills and cultural awareness (aligned with supplier regions).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
