Account Executive

Job Scope:
- Manage full set of accounts: GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, and journal entries.

- Prepare and review monthly management reports and financial statements.

- Monitor and manage company cash flow, banking activities, and payments.

- To liaise with auditor, tax consultants, government agencies and banks.

- Ensure accurate and up-to-date accounting records & documentation.

- Assist in year-end closing, audit schedules, and tax matters. Continuously improve internal controls and accounting processes.

Job Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of working experience in handling full set accounts.

- Required skill MS Office, Google Workspace & SQL accounting system will be an advantage.

- Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.

- Able to start immediately will be an advantage.

- Strong sense of responsibility, good analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 ~ RM3,000.00 per month

- Bahasa (Preferred)

Working Hour: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday: 9am to 1pm
