Jawatan Kosong HR Senior Executive C&B/Payroll in Bayan Lepas

As the lead for C&B and Payroll team, you will:

• Create personal data in the HR SAP system ie. Create role ID, key-in personal data in the system, open and maintain personal files for Manager level.
• Coordinate focal review for IL and DL employees ie. Compiling data, follow up with managers on employees performance review & appraisal form, update employees salary adjustment, promotion & upgrading, and prepare increment letter.
• Propose new and revise policy on C&B.
• Assist in developing and recommending salary structure and job grading for the company.
• Assist HR Manager in budget preparation for the section.
• Responsible for Manager & Director monthly payroll.
• Supervises direct, indirect and exempt staff payroll functions.
• Submit for government statutory and statistic report.
• Participate and conduct benefits and salary surveys, analyzes and maintains information on benefit programs of other organizations.
• Assist C&B Manager in administration of ESPP activities.
• Acts as liaison with insurance companies and other government agencies ie. Labor Department, EPF, SOCSO, Tabung Haji, ASN/ASB, etc.
• Coordinate Manager confirmation. Advise departments on confirmation status. Prepare and issue confirmation letter.
• Other jobs as assigned.

Candidates who met below requirements are encouraged to apply:

• Degree with minimum 4 years relevant working experience in human resources development preferably in compensation and benefits and/or payroll or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or work experience.
• Demonstrate good knowledge in RBA standard is added advantage.
• Competent in Microsoft office application - MSWord/Excel.
• Possess good communication skills - written and verbal with all levels.
• Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• A team player and demonstrate good leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
