Jawatan Kosong Operation Coodinator in Bayan Lepas

Job Responsibilities

1. Receives customer booking through email, phone and fax or letter.

- Check availability of Truck and make necessary assignment for Driver to pick-up and delivery

- Maximize customer's booking by counter check and coordinate among other Coordinators in case of all the Drivers and trucks under you are fully booked at the time.

- Immediately after completed arrangement with driver, record all customers’ booking in details into the Daily Logbook.

- Updates and feedback to customer through email and phone pertaining the truck details and pick0up time.

- Data entry all booking details into i-Transport/Task system within the same working day.

- Follow up with drivers regarding daily assignment for pick-up and delivery to ensure no delay.

2. Daily check and ensure all the related documents (Daily Job Sheet, DO/DN, POD, Custom Form) for billing purpose are complete return to office from the respective driver

3. Monitor drivers to do daily/weekly Truck Maintenance and submit Maintenance Checklist back to Coordinator every month before

4. Prepare Monthly Driver Roster Schedule for driver who works under Project

5. Ensure daily usage of diesel is under your control with according to mileage and truck pick-up assignment

-Issue Slip Pam Diesel to drivers daily

6. Arrange Driver to send their Truck for maintenance at the Workshop that identified by LTS

7. Arrange Driver to send their Truck to "Puspakom" for Regular Inspection

8. Daily Monitoring Truck Status in the Bsmart & Skytrack.

9. Provide Monthly Driver Update List to Customers

10. Daily update and data entry all transaction records into Customer's Device and System.

11. Backup for your Counterpart when needed

12. Supports New Operational assignment when needed.

13. Job Rotation among Coordinators when needed

Requirement:-

i) Qualification : SPM & Equivalent

ii)Knowledge and skills : Microsoft Office
