Duties and Responsibility

• Responsible for monitoring of work by contract cleaner, landscape contractor, pest control contractor and waste disposal contractor follow the Mall’s standard of cleanliness and schedule.
• Inspect all areas to ensure cleanliness of the mall are upkeep according to the standard in order to maintain the positive image of the mall.
• Monitor housekeeping inventory and equipment closely. Replenish as and when necessary.
• Ensure cleaner’s grooming are standard and hygiene are kept as top priority.

• Attend to and resolve complaints or requests pertaining to mall cleanliness issues with tact and promptness.
• Participate in a regular meeting with cleaning contractor and Manager in order to provide progress reports and address issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
