Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations (FOH/BOH), ensuring smooth service and cleanliness.
• Lead, schedule, train, and supervise staff; handle discipline and performance.
• Handle customer feedback/complaints and maintain high service standards.
• Control costs (food, labour, wastage), manage inventory, purchasing, and stock counts.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and SOP requirements.
• Prepare basic reports on sales, cost, and operational performance; support promotions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in restaurant operations; at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/manager role.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and POS systems.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
