Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Sales and Marketing Executive to join us, specializing in our mom and baby nutritional range products. The ideal candidate will be a mother with firsthand experience in maternal and infant nutrition and possess a background as a dietitian or nutritionist. This role requires a proactive and empathetic approach to understanding customer needs, developing strategic marketing plans, driving sales growth, and acting as the spokesperson for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our mom & baby nutritional products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.

2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends in maternal and infant nutrition, and leverage this information to improve product offerings and marketing campaigns.

3. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, especially new mothers, healthcare professionals, and nutritionists, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

4. Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, in-store, etc.) to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

5. Product Promotion: Create engaging content that educates and informs target audiences about the benefits of our products, including nutritional information and usage guidance.

6. Brand Spokesperson: Serve as the spokesperson for the brand, representing the company in media appearances, interviews, events, and public forums to effectively communicate our brand values and product benefits.
