FY Food Processing Sdn Bhd Job Vacancies April 2026

Jawatan Kosong Account Executive in Chemor

1) Assist in preparation of full set of accounts accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger and month-end final accounts closing.

2) Perform day-to-day accounting functions including preparation of monthly financial statements.

3) Preparation of monthly accounting schedule.

4) Prepare payment vouchers, processing of accounts payables and bank reconciliation.

5) Prepare and update invoices, debit note and credit note in accounting system.

6) Ensure integrity and accuracy of data in the accounting system.

7) Ensure compliances to company policies, procedures and internal control system to safeguard assets and operations.

8) Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers on regulatory matter and others.

9) Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly accounts.

10) Perform income/ expense audit, assist in all aspect of accounting functions and monthly closing accounts.

11) Provide support to other general accounting functions and preparation of ad-hoc management reports.

12) Review and provide support for other accounting functions such as account payable and receivable.

13) Assist in the budgetary planning and cash flow forecast.

14) Preparation of monthly management/ ad-hoc reports.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, LCCI/ ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent.
• Minimum three (3) years of working experience preferably executives specializing in accounting.
• Good computer knowledge especially Microsoft software and accounting software system.
• Possess strong financial analytical skills and in-depth of accounting functions.
• Able to handle full sets of accounts and ad-hoc assignments.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with people from all level.
• Proficient in spoken and written English language and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
