• Coordination and management of order management
• Create job in system and plan for efficient & profitable operation routing
• Manage transport operation packaged with different types of transportation
• Evaluate, monitor and improve delivery performance and handle non-conformance service issues
• Approval or rejection of truck activities arrangement such as truck reparation, inspection, swapping, etc.
• Participate and support 3rd party service provider selection
• Optimize transportation processes based on market surveys and business feedback to meet customer and company requirements
• Tracking delivery of products from shipper to consignee
• Ensure transportation safety
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to customer
• Ensure utilization of dedicated trucks
• Coordinate working related activities with others department such as Workshop, Fleet, Safety, Operation Admin, HR to enhance work efficiency
• Operation report generating : daily / weekly / monthly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
