Jawatan Kosong Associate Talent Acquisition Partner in Bayan Lepas

We are excited to be adding an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to our HR team in Penang! In this role, you will be responsible for accomplishing results through the execution and delivery of an end to end, full-cycle recruitment process for our openings in Malaysia. Seeking an individual that is well versed in hiring trends; a significant portion of your efforts will be focused on sourcing high quality professionals.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or other relate fields
• 2 years of recruiting experience in MNC or Agency as Talent Sourcer or Recruiter
• Good communication skills in English
• Proven record of successful recruiting for niche positions

It would be great if you also have . . .

• Recruiting experiences of other countries in APAC besides China
• Language skills in Chinese, Japanese or Korean

What will you be doing in this role?

• Consult with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding their recruitment needs and deliver solutions efficiently and cost effectively
• Partner with managers to provide guidance related to the market, candidate pipeline, as well as interview and selection best practices
• Profile target candidates and identify appropriate sourcing and marketing levers to build top of funnel demand and effectively attract candidates
• Recommend process improvements and cost reduction opportunities
• Ensure all internal / external compliance processes and regulatory requirements are adhered to

About the Team

Clarivate’s Talent Acquisition team consist of 45 global recruiters partnering with business leaders across the globe to understand the talent needs of the organization, implement hiring strategies to attract strong talent and leverage knowledge to fill positions by using best practices of the Talent Acquisition function.

Hours of Work

This is a fixed term position for 6 months, primarily working core business hours, with flexibility to adjust as needed.

This is a hybrid position working in the office up to 3 days a week.
