Job Summary

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into computer systems. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Duties

• Perform data entry tasks such as order entry, clerical duties, typing, and transcribing information.
• Accurately input, update and maintain data in company systems or database.
• Utilize computer systems, including Excel, to input and manage data
• Verify the accuracy of information and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to data management
• Organize and manage protocols to meet confidentiality and security standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in computerized data entry systems
• Strong knowledge of Excel for data entry and analysis
• Basic math skills for accurate calculations
• Ability to transcribe information accurately
• Familiarity with administrative tasks related to data management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
