Jawatan Kosong District Manager - Kedah 10 Fashion/Footwear Store in Butterworth

Job Responsibilities :

1.

Order Entry

Receive customer purchase orders (PO) and conduct PO review.

Input customer PO into the Oracle system and book the Sales Order.

Maintain and update sales orders in the system.

2.

Reschedules

Support and coordinate customer and internal reschedule requests between the customer and the factory.

Update reschedule changes in the Oracle system.

3.

Delivery

Follow up with the Production Planning and Logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery to customers according to committed schedules.

4.

Customer Representative (Coordination & Response)

Serve as the primary point of contact in the factory, coordinating with relevant departments to fulfill customer requests.

Provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.

Communication

Act as a bridge between customers and the factory to facilitate effective communication.

•

Coordinate daily interactions among customers, the Sales team, and the factory.

5.

Customer Service (Account Management)

•

Provide excellent service and support to both external customers and internal stakeholders, including the Sales team.

•

Collaborate with Sales and Customer Representatives to manage assigned customer accounts effectively and support business growth.

Job Requirements :

•

Work Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably within the electronics industry.

•

Education: University Degree is required; no specific major is necessary, though a background in Business or Trading is an added advantage.

•

Language Proficiency: Good command of English is required; proficiency in Mandarin (listening, speaking, and writing) is an added advantage.

•

Skills: Experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle order entry, is highly desirable.

•

Availability: Immediate availability within one month is preferred; reporting within up to two months is acceptable due to urgency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
