EKO Metal Industries Sdn Bhd Job Vacancies April 2026

Job Descrption

• Performs routine facility and equipment maintenance as well as responsible for scheduling preventive maintenance for the operation, when necessary.
• Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, drainage and electrical systems, fire safety system, air compressor fitness, hoist chain, and pump house by ensuring they are in good condition.
• Assist in authority audit (such as BOMBA, DOSH, and DOE), when necessary.
• Managing budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness for maintenance activity.
• Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers
• Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Keeping documents of inspections and problems
• Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies
• Overseeing building projects, renovations, or refurbishments
• Supervises the housekeeping (5S) staff and ensures that the facility (cleanliness of the work) environment for employees (workspace, meeting rooms, lobby, and all areas company), is a clean and hygienic place to work in.
• Monitor/check the cleaning staff to follow a specific schedule to carry out the cleaning and sanitization activities.
• Ensures that the necessary supplies for cleaning and maintenance are maintained. He also appoints the agency that provides housekeeping staff and checks the quality of work they do before appointing them.
• To do minor repair activity at the hostel, and monitor all the major repairs and renovation, where necessary.
• Required to supervise the construction of a new facility or renovation of an existing facility.
• Quarterly Electrical Inspection on all supporting electrical equipment such as switch, plug, extension and etc.

Qualification

• Diploma in electrical/mechanical or any equivalent experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
