Jawatan Kosong Maintenance Associate Manager in Kulim

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance of equipment to ensure it meets operational KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, and uptime), troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements. Guarantee seamless equipment operation to support continuous production and achieve target output.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing training, fostering a positive work culture, encouraging teamwork, and supporting the professional development of team members.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize or modify manufacturing equipment to maintain high performance. Lead ongoing improvement and innovation projects, including IT/OT and automation initiatives.
• Act as the representative of the maintenance department in daily operations, coordinating, monitoring, and addressing operational issues as they arise.
• Develop and implement a detailed maintenance strategy, incorporating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure all equipment remains operational, compliant with safety standards, and in excellent condition (SAP PM Module, TPM, and CBM).
• Plan and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring resources are used efficiently and costs are controlled without compromising quality or safety (covering spare parts, overhauls, and retrofits).
• Ensure that all maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed, documented, and updated as required.
• Provide technical and engineering support for mechanical and electrical maintenance, handling major breakdowns, overhauls, parts improvements/replacements, and addressing cost and quality concerns.
• Schedule and plan maintenance activities to minimize production downtime while ensuring the optimal performance of equipment and facilities.
• Analyze equipment failure reports and histories to implement corrective actions aimed at addressing root causes and preventing recurrence.
• Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
• Coordinate with external suppliers to negotiate contracts for maintenance services, as well as procure high-quality equipment and materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
