Jawatan Kosong Warehouse Supervisor in Kulim

Job Summary

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to support the logistics and material handling operations in our electronic facility. The role involves receiving and issuing raw materials, handling sensitive electronic components, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring smooth material flow to the production lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials.
• Check and record lot numbers, shelf life, and ESD labels of components as per QC and engineering requirements.
• Store materials in designated areas with proper labeling and segregation (e.g. hazardous materials, temperature-sensitive items).
• Issue materials and components to production based on Material Request (MR) or Work Order (WO).
• Maintain inventory accuracy through daily transactions, cycle counts, and regular stock audits.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g. pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
• Follow proper Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection procedures when handling sensitive components.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or in-house systems) to log inventory movements and generate reports.
• Coordinate with Procurement, QC, and Production departments for timely material availability.
• Assist in packing and shipping finished goods, ensuring compliance with export or domestic requirements.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards within the warehouse area.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or non-conforming materials to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• Must possess a valid forklift driving/handling certification issued by an accredited training provider.
• At least 1–2 years of warehouse experience in an electronics/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to work night shift.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
