Jawatan Kosong Customer Support Associate in Manjung

Job Descriptions :

• Responsible for recharging the order.
• Responding to customer kchat /email promptly.
• Maintaining excellent levels of service and consistent communication with our customers in the up-most professional manner & meaningful responses.
• Checking for uncompleted orders and sending notifications to the seller to complete the order.
• Verifying the seller’s products on Kaleoz to avoid suspicious listings.
• Proactively identify changes that can make to the Kaleoz application to simplify the job.
• Recognize and escalate any high-priority problems to the Senior Customer Support Associate for follow-up.
• Develop relationships with Kaleoz sellers, working with them to drive sales through web optimization and enhancement of customer experience when shopping on the Kaleoz platform.
• Undertake any ad-hoc task or any other related task assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements :

• No experience required.
• Interest in game development.
• At least SPM or equivalent work experience.
• Intermediate in written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Able to communicate in basic Bahasa Melayu is a bonus.
• Analysis skills - Ability to interpreting information, gathering it into a coherent understanding, and building a narrative or plan of action in response.
• Clear communication skills - Ability to communicate information accurately, clearly and as intended.
