Jawatan Kosong Earth Work Site Supervisor Earthwork, Quarry, Highway in Dungun

Job Description

• Plan, prepare & manage Earthwork activities safely to prevent damage to electrical cables or pipeline if any
• Full understanding of earthworks legislation & code of practice relating to construction earthworks carried out in the vicinity of the electricity cables/gas pipes
• Responsible for day-to-day operations of all earthwork machinery activities.
• Manage and supervise the earthwork operations according to project plan and specifications.
• Manage equipment and materials required for the project, ensuring they are available and properly maintained
• Troubleshoot and identify/resolve issues that arise during the construction process
• Request resources such as work force, materials and machinery necessary for the works.
• Provide report on inventory listing in relation to raw materials, and machinery parts to purchase to procurement department on a monthly basis or as and when required.
• Responsible for the discipline and performance of all machine operators.
• Delegate duties/ tasks to site foreman, general worker, machine operators and sub-contractor. To monitor and supervise their work progress and performance according to the required standard.
• Responsible for daily micro plannings of earthwork at site, including drainage, road work, road bund (safety), excavation, waste dumping, stockpiling, and all other earth works at mine pit.
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company and the subsidiaries. To supervise and inspect site works at site.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Civil, Building Engineering or Equivalent.
• Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings.
• With Strong communication skills and execution abilities.
• At least 5 years in Earthworks/ Quarry/ highway Construction.

• Meals and/ or accommodation are provided at the site
• Work location: Terengganu - Dungun - Bukit Besi
