Internship Responsibilities

• Assist in daily finance and accounting operations
• Perform data entry, record-keeping, and bookkeeping tasks
• Prepare, verify, and manage invoices, receipts, and payment tracking
• Support the preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and analysis
• Assist in month-end closing and audit preparations
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager and team on special projects or ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
• Able to start on short notice or immediately is an added advantage

Tanggungjawab Latihan Industri

• Membantu operasi kewangan dan perakaunan harian
• Melaksanakan kerja kemasukan data, rekod, dan buku kira-kira
• Menyediakan serta menguruskan invois, resit, dan rekod pembayaran
• Menyokong penyediaan laporan kewangan, rekonsiliasi, dan analisis
• Membantu proses penutupan akaun bulanan dan persediaan audit
• Bekerjasama dengan Pengurus Kewangan dalam projek khas atau tugasan ad-hoc

Syarat Kelayakan

• Sedang mengikuti pengajian Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang Perakaunan, Kewangan, atau bidang berkaitan
• Boleh komited untuk minimum 6 bulan latihan industri
• Teliti, berdisiplin, dan bermotivasi untuk belajar
• Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik
• Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel (kemahiran dalam perisian perakaunan adalah satu kelebihan)
• Boleh mula dengan segera diberi keutamaan
