Jawatan Kosong Document Controller in Simpang Ampat

About us

Eng IBS Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. is a leading steel processing company in Malaysia, specializing in the supply of high-quality core building materials for Industrialized Building Systems (IBS).

Tasks & responsibilities

• Perform clerical office work such as data entry, preparing product certification and report.
• Responsible for good filling and proper record for documents.
• To assist QA for daily inspection and lab task when required.
• Enter and maintain data, descriptions and frequencies from QA inventory and other sources.
• Monitor daily work requests and dispatch appropriate personnel.
• Assist QA executive with filing, record keeping and data entry.
• Assist with tracking purchase orders, invoices, warranties and service agreements.
• Assigned as company document controller under supervision.
• Others task as assigned by superior.

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
• Able to work independently.
• Knowledge with document controller will be added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
