Responsibilities:

MUST HAVE TENDER SUBMISSION EXPERIENCE

• Mandatory: Proven experience in tender submission for HVAC / M&E projects.
• Prepare accurate project cost estimates, quotations, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for HVAC/M&E works.
• Attend tender briefings/meetings and manage complete tender submissions, including pricing and all supporting documentation.
• Prepare and draft 2D/3D drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Coordinate closely with project engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure technical compliance and cost alignment.
• Participate in project coordination meetings to review scope, design requirements, and budget constraints.
• Assist in contract administration, including variation orders (VO), progress claims, and final accounts.
• Maintain proper project records, documentation, and reports in accordance with company procedures.
• Support preparation of as-built drawings and project handover documentation upon project completion.
• Requirements:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of HVAC/M&E drafting (AutoCAD, Revit preferred).
• Strong understanding of project costing, tendering, and contract administration.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 per month
