Job Summary

The Secretary will provide high-level administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives or managers.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) for records, documents, and reports.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Organize and prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and distribute them to stakeholders.
  • Maintain office supplies and monitor inventory.
  • Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Assist with event planning and company functions.
  • Support HR and administrative tasks when required.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional discretion and confidentiality.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM1,566.23 - RM3,000.00 per month
