We are a well-established and dynamic company specialising in the sale, rental and services (re-conditioning) of new and used construction machinery and equipment.

We are now looking for experience Accounts Executive to join our team!

Job Description and requirements

• Willing to relocate.
• Handle full set of accounts.
• Assist in year-end auditing.
• Assist in preparation of monthly Management Accounts.
• Assist in internal audit.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government bodies for audit, taxation, and financial matters.
• To ensure all tasks are carried out smoothly and effectively by meeting the targeted deadline.
• Ad-hoc assignment delegated by the immediate superior.
• Prefer from manufacturing company.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, or equivalent.
• 3 years and above working experience in accounting and auditing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill; able to interact well with all levels of personnel (management & external parties).
• Good planning, organizing, and analytical skill; data collection, compilation and information management with the ability to prioritize task as needed.
• Competent user of Microsoft dynamics/MYOB System and Microsoft Office Suites i.e. Excel, Word.
• Fluency in mandarin and English.
