Jawatan Kosong Sales & Marketing Executive in Kulim

VERY URGENT!

Handle all commercial matters pertaining company’s business requirements, including building and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects. To be a mediator between customer and internal production and QA team and ensure that there is business growth by achieving sales targets and building new business opportunities.

DUTIES:

1. Maintaining and growing relationships with customers and prospects.

1.1 Providing good follow up, timely response and value-added support and sales services.

1.2 Provide quick and competitive quotation and technical information to meet customers’ needs on precision cleaning or parts sourcing

1.3 Follow up on customer complaints. Discuss with production and QA on measures to close complaints

1.4 Execute order upon receipt of PO by coordinating with production and QA team to meet PO time line

1.5 Plan, coordinate and ensure good QC and timely product delivery

1.6 Source for quality and reliable parts for customers inquiry

1.7 Execute order upon receipt of PO by coordinating with production and QA team to meet PO time line.

2. Other contribution that gives impact to overall performance

4. Inter and intra personnel skills

Education, knowledge, skills and experience required

Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Business

Fresh Graduate or 1 – 2 years’ experience in Sales

Initiative, pleasant outlook and personality

Computer literate with good command in both written and spoken of English & Malay

High level of interpersonal and communication skills

Any other relevant Comments

To maintain discipline, safety & 5S in the work area

Ensure that the company Safety System/Procedures are adhered to at all time

Responsible to ensure that QEMS is maintained and in compliance with the company’s Quality & Environment Policy & Procedures

To ensure during weekend or public holiday, if any abnormalities detected, must immediately feedback to Superior as per Escalation Card

Job Location: Kulim Hi-Tech Park

Work Arrangement: Monday to Friday (8am to 5.30pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
