To support business growth by executing sales and marketing activities, promoting company products and services, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve assigned targets and support company objectives.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research and customer engagement.
• Manage enquiries, follow up with leads, and support the sales process from initial contact to conversion.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and content initiatives across online and offline channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data using CRM or internal systems.
• Assist in preparing basic sales and marketing reports for management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
