Jawatan Kosong Purchasing Assistant Manager - Manufacturing in Bintulu

Location : Bintulu

Industry : Steel and metal manufacturing

Skills : Degree, Minimum 5-8 years experience in Purchasing / Procurement from Manufacturing industry, experience in supervising a purchasing team , can work on Saturday

Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or any related
• Minimum 5- 8 years of working experience as managerial level in Purchasing or Procurement
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Proactive and positive working attitude

Responsibilities :

• Handle daily Purchasing and Procurement operation.
• To Follow up with internal and external client’s enquiries on Purchasing related matter.
• Handle claims to factories/vendors for defective items, shortage of items or missing parts
• Ensure all documents are well record in system and traceable for ISO certification purpose
• Sourcing and negotiating for the best price
• Prepare weekly and monthly report to ensure continuous material supply for production/operations and achieve department KPI.

• Immediate position
• Candidate with minimum 5-8 years experience in Manufacturing procurement required for this role

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
