Jawatan Kosong Demi Chef de Partie - Indian Kitchen in Kuah

• Responsible for assisting the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in the preparation and cooking of authentic Indian dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, upholding food safety standards, and potentially training junior staff
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and food preparation checklists. This includes ensuring proper portioning, arrangement, and garnishing according to the Resort's standard.
• To support all kitchen activities, including cleaning, tidying, and maintaining the kitchen and tools.
• Upholding health and safety standards in the kitchen
• Monitoring the quality and quantity of food prepared.
• Communicating with the kitchen team about menu items, specials, and any shortages.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
