Skop kerja Supervisor

Anggaran gaji: RM2100 ++

• Membantu mencapai sasaran jualan harian dan memastikan operasi berjalan lancar.
• Memastikan kualiti makanan dan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang.
• Menyelia transaksi tunai & pembayaran dalam talian dengan betul.
• Memantau kehadiran, disiplin dan prestasi kakitangan.
• Membantu dalam latihan, penjadualan dan pengurusan kakitangan.
• Mengurus operasi harian mengikut polisi dan standard syarikat.
• Menangani aduan dan permintaan pelanggan dengan profesional.
• Memantau inventori dan membantu dalam proses pembelian stok.
• Memastikan pematuhan kepada peraturan kebersihan dan keselamatan.
• Menyediakan laporan asas prestasi kepada pengurus.
• Memberi sokongan dan motivasi kepada pasukan kerja.
• Memastikan pematuhan kepada KPI dan prosedur syarikat.

• Menyambut dan membantu pelanggan dengan cara yang mesra dan profesional.
• Menerima pesanan pelanggan dan memproses pembayaran.
• Menyediakan dan menyajikan makanan serta minuman mengikut piawaian Outlet.
• Menjaga kebersihan dan organisasi kawasan kerja.
• Memastikan piawaian keselamatan makanan dan kebersihan dipatuhi.
• Menangani pertanyaan pelanggan dan menyelesaikan masalah dengan segera.
• Membantu dalam pengurusan inventori dan mengisi semula bekalan.
• Menyokong rakan sepasukan dalam operasi harian.

Keperluan:

• Mempunyai pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 1-2 tahun sebagai supervisor dalam café, servis kaunter atau outlet QSR.
• latihan akan diberikan.

• Sikap positif dan boleh bekerja dalam pasukan.
