Jawatan Kosong Logistics & Shipping Executive - Sungai Petani Ref ID : 12863 in Sungai Petani

Job description
⁠ ⁠・Identify business opportunities by research and analyzing market.
⁠ ⁠・Prepare sales document eg. Quotation, Delivery Order, Invoice, etc.
⁠ ・⁠Liaison with customer on order and delivery.
⁠ ⁠・Liaison with transporter and forwarding agent for shipping matters.
⁠ ⁠・Work closely with production for productivity and output quality & quantity.
⁠ ⁠・To monitor order by closely follow up with production PIC and arrange delivery accordingly.
⁠ ⁠・Maintain relationship with clients by providing information, support and after sales service.
・⁠Identifies product improvements or new products according to industry needs.
⁠ ⁠・Responsible for monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs quantity of all transportation and goods.
・⁠ ⁠Monitoring cargo movement through the tracking system for imports and exports shipments.
⁠ ⁠・Arranges transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule.
⁠ ・Attend and present at external customer meetings necessary to aid business development.
⁠ ・Check incoming invoice from shipping and haulage companies to avoid incorrect billing.
⁠ ⁠・Responsible for all duty customs sales and tax functions, including certification and verification, drawback, and compliance with governmental agencies.
⁠ ⁠・Assist to keep track on Ocean freight with shipping companies.
⁠ ⁠・Prepare custom monthly report.
⁠ ⁠・Prepare sales reports.
⁠ ⁠・Assist in any other ad-hoc task assigned by superior or management

Requirement
・Minimum 2 years working experience in Shipping / Logistics
・Able to command Mandarin (communicate with Chinese Suppliers)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
