Responsibilities

• Perform internal quality process assessments.
• Facilitate root cause analysis on the findings from the quality process assessments.
• Issue CAPA through the LOGICS platform.
• Monitor and support operation sites on CAPA closure.
• Gauge the effectiveness of the CAPA by observing the findings recurrences.
• Act as the reviewer for all operational documents.
• Involved with operation in performing the FMEA for the work instruction.
• Strong knowledge in developing SOP for process standardization.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Logistic/Transportation.
• Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
