Jawatan Kosong CLINIC ASSISTANT in Balakong

Patient Registration and Reception:

· Greet and assist patients upon arrival.

· Register patients and update their personal and medical information in the clinic’s system.

· Manage patient appointments and scheduling.

· Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly.

Clinical Assistance:

· Assist doctors and nurses during patient examinations and treatments.

· Chaperon consultants during physical examinations of patients.

· Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

· Assist with basic medical procedures, such as taking vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, etc.).

· Collect and label specimens for laboratory testing.

Medication Handling:

· Dispense prescribed medications and provide instructions to patients.

· Manage and monitor medication inventory, including stock in and out.

· Check medication expiry dates and ensure proper storage.

Administrative Duties:

· Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.

· Handle billing, payments, and insurance claims processing.

· Perform clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and faxing documents.

· Assist with inventory management and ordering of medical supplies.

Patient Care and Support:

· Provide general information and support to patients and their families.

· Ensure patients are comfortable and address any concerns they may have.

· Educate patients on healthcare procedures and post-treatment care instructions.

Compliance and Safety:

· Follow all clinic protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care.

· Adhere to infection control and hygiene standards.

Assist in maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
