Job Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of patient care by supervising, directing and guiding all staff in the continuing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care activities to achieve optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and adequate nursing documentation concerning patient care.
• Deliver patient care at the expected competency level and act as a resource person in nursing care practices, knowledge & skills
• Ensure effective staff scheduling based on the correct skill set and ix of team members to support the department operation

Experience & Other Requirements

• Registered Nurse with LJM Certificate
• Annual Practice Certificate (APC)
• Proficient Computer Skills.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
• Qualified with Post Basic Nursing will be added advantage
