Client relationships, Sales and negotiation, researching markets, Achieving sales targets and quotas, Scheduling meetings with clients, Finding prospects and leads, and generating sales reports and forecasts.

Responsibilities:

• Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
• To research and analyse sales options.
• To build and maintain relationship networks with clients and prospects
• To perform sourcing of cold leads or new sales opportunities.
• To conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, and report to superior.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objection
• Meet with potential clients to determine their needs and expand to new Malay markets.
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• To assist in any Marketing matters, activities and Kanika’s events

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM / Diploma in Business Studies or any related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in Sales related.
• Product Training will be provided for Sales in Frozen Foods, Japanese Foods, FMCG, F&B, etc…
• Sales and results-driven person willing to expand in Malay Markets
• Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
• Multiple work locations; if the candidate is in outstation Penang, Ipoh, Melaka, and Johor Bharu is encouraged to apply.
• The applicant is able or willing to travel, base in outstation, and visit customers outstation.
• 2 Full-time position are available immediately within Klang Valley,
• 1 Full-time position for outstations, in Kedah, Penang, Perak, Northern, Melaka, Johor, JB Southern reaching Singapore.
