Jawatan Kosong SITE SUPERVISOR FIT OUT in Perak Tengah

RESPONSIBILITIES

• On-site coordination and supervision for renovation work

• Monitor and check renovation work progress of contractors, sub-contractors and design consultant

• Monitor and manage timeliness & quality of work

• Ensure on-site renovation works and material complies with local requirements and client’s specifications

• Perform any other related work as and when required (testing and commissioning)

• Perform hands on Fit-Out coordination works with contractors and suppliers

• To manage and monitor project to meet quality, time and budgetary parameters

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design/ Architecture/Building Construction or its equivalent

• At least 3/4 years of experience in a supervisory role

• Candidates with sound working experience specializing in Architecture or Interior designing works would be advantageous

• Strong in 2D and AutoCAD

• Hardworking and 100% integrity

• Posseses own laptop to work

• Owns car as a transport

* Preferred from Penang / Perak

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,548.76 - RM3,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Site Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
