Candidate should possess the following:

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective vendor relationships.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and acquire goods and services essential for daily hotel operations.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and supervise inventory management practices.
• Develop and oversee procurement budgets to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance.
• Ensure received goods meet quality standards and manage discrepancies efficiently.
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain precise records and generate reports on procurement activities as necessary.
