Our client is an established group of professional cloud service companies that is a strong player in its industry. In line with our expansion in our cloud environment, they are looking to bring on board a professional to join their team in Kulim .

The new role

• Managing all costs related to construction projects.
• Take part tender process, prepare tender documents and budget .
• Prepare method statement/other related document.
• Preparing taking off, bill of quantities, cost estimation, progress claim, subcontractor certificate, quotation, cost analysis, variation order of the on going project.
• To check and verify all claims provided by the contractors and/or subcontractors
• Accommodation will be provided at the project site.
• Based at project site/s in order to assist project managers to manage:

A. prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.

B. To track changes to the design and/or construction work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Quantity Surveying Degree
• Minimum 3 years relevant experiences – preferably in fast track construction projects
• Ability to work independently
• Possess leadership in a team
