Jawatan Kosong Logistics Specialist in Kulim

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1、 Responsible for the improvement, optimization, training and implementation supervision of departmental operating procedures, specifications, etc., to ensure compliance of operating procedures；

2、 Responsible for organizing the discussion and formulating the logistics implementation plan, ensuring the rationality and legality of the logistics plan, and meeting the cost control and delivery requirements；

3、 Responsible for the supervision of the maintenance of logistics information and data ledger, and the registration of logistics costs; ensure the completeness, timeliness and accuracy of information；

4、 Responsible for the control of logistics additional costs and meet the company's cost control requirements；

5、 Responsible for the supervision of the collection and filing of logistics documents to ensure the integrity of the documents；

6、 Responsible for the summary and report of logistics related work, which is convenient for the company and department to make decisions；

7、 Responsible for assisting the logistics business to complete the bidding of logistics, ensuring that the service provider has a consistent understanding of the bidding requirements；

8、 Responsible for following up the issuance of the project's road condition survey report to ensure the feasibility of the logistics plan；

9、 Complete other tasks assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or International Trade.

2. Over 3 year(s) of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.

3. Familiar with all aspects of logistics import and export and international trade and other related professional knowledge；Familiar with freight forwarding agency, shipping industry operation process

4. Familiar with the custom clearance and taxation requirement of major trading countries in the world.

5. Good command of computer knowledge including MS Windows applications.

6. Good command of communication

7. Strong learning ability and be able to work under pressure

8. English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin to speak with our counterpart from China.
